Shipping Terms

Delivery is generally made within 3 - 5 business days within Germany after payment confirmation. For EU countries outside Germany, the delivery time may take up to 10 business days. If a longer delivery time is required, the customer will be informed no later than after the expected period has passed. If no notification is given, the customer is entitled to cancel the delivery.

If an item is out of stock, chic andina will make efforts to restock the item as quickly as possible at no additional shipping cost. The customer will be informed of the restocking.

If an item is no longer available, chic andina reserves the right not to fulfill the order and may refund the amount already paid. The customer will be informed of this as well.

Shipping Costs:

For deliveries within Germany:

  • Shipping costs are 4.99 EUR if the purchase amount is under 50.00 EUR.
  • Orders over 50.00 EUR qualify for free shipping.

For deliveries to EU countries:

  • Shipping costs are 11.99 EUR if the purchase amount is under 120.00 EUR.
  • Orders over 120.00 EUR qualify for free shipping.

Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Right Customers can withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days after receiving the goods without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are received by the customer. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Any payments already made will be refunded by chic andina promptly and without additional costs.

If a customer cancels the contract due to delayed delivery, defects in the goods, or other reasons for which chic andina is responsible, chic andina will refund the purchase amount as well as return shipping costs.

The right to return applies only if the goods were solely used for trying on (similar to trying on in a retail store) and are returned complete and undamaged. No refund will be issued if the returned goods have defects caused by the customer.
